When booking, you can choose between three different options. All of them last between 45 minutes and 1 hour and start and finish at the oh! Turismo offices. We'll travel in stagecoaches, classic electric cars that imitate the Ford T 1908 model from the beginning of the 20th century. A really special tour!
La Cruz Neighbourhood & Aqueduct Tour
If you choose this option, we'll visit the aqueduct of Querétaro, one of the great architectural symbols of the city. We'll contemplate this World Heritage monument and discover its past going back to the 18th century.
In addition, during this classic car tour we'll visit the neighbourhood of La Cruz, where one of the oldest religious buildings of Querétaro is located, the chapel of El Calvarito. This is the perfect place to understand the origin of the city's name, and learn about the battles between Spaniards and Indians that took place here in 1531.
Cerro de las Campanas Tour
Are you passionate about history? Climb aboard a classic car and come with us to the Cerro de las Campanas, a place of vital importance in Santiago de Querétaro. This is where the surrender and execution of Maximilian of Habsburg, a key figure in Mexican politics, took place. We'll reveal all the details.
We'll also walk through the streets of the historic centre of the city, contemplating its mansions and churches, such as the church of Santa Rosa de Viterbo, an excellent example of Mexican colonial baroque.
Old Station & Plaza de Armas Tour
Would you like to visit the Old Railway Station of Santiago de Querétaro? Let's go there! On board of the classic cars we'll visit this historic place that was inaugurated in 1904. You'll be able to admire closely this building that was erected with materials of the region and that stands out for the excellent work of ironwork in its windows.
