This was an awesome tour!! I was lucky enough to be the only one on the tour due to the season, and Jesus was an awesome guide. You get A LOT of information on the tour and cover a great deal of walkable area during the tour. I took the Western tour....this is a wonderful introduction to the city. Additionally, the customer service of Civitatis was exceptional! I had to adjust the tour time and dates a couple of times while in QRO and they were very accommodating!!
