Fue fácil, pero para otras personas más mayores les costó interpretar la situación de canje del documento impreso por los tickets y se pusieron bastante nerviosos. Importante tener claro que con el documento no es suficiente para subir al autobús, hay que conseguir los tickets, bien en el stand a la salida del aeropuerto o junto al autobús cuando llegue el chico del stand. El conductor del bus no los canjea. Translate this opinion into English.

The shuttle bus to central Rome was easy to find from the arrival hall and the staff were very pleasant. The bus was clean and comfortable and compared to the normal Rome taxi drivers the journey from the airport to central Rome was very sedate and relaxing

Nous ne savions pas quel bus prendre même au point d arrêt numéro deux. Et personne ne savez Nous renseigner. Une lecture sur le panneau tv suffit mais le panneau tv est très très pâle image illisible. Nous laissant désemparés. Bref nous ne connaissons pas la couleur et le dessin de vos bus ni les horaires même sur le site incompréhensible sur ces points. Translate this opinion into English.
