    The process was very smooth in general. The main struggle is that the ticket connects to a company called Sit Bus which is not specified anywhere on the ticket, and it didn't seem like any employees had heard of Civitatis. As long as you go to the specified bus stop on your "ticket voucher", however, they should be able to scan it and let you on the bus
