At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via delle Zite and make our way to the historic pizzeria in Naples which will be our classroom for the day. As soon as you enter, a delicious aroma of tomato, cheese, and oregano will overwhelm your senses!
The origins of Neapolitan pizza date back to the 18th century. Back then the exquisite flavor of this dish was already a staple on the streets of Naples, and since it has become one of the most famous recipes in the world. But how do you prepare an authentic Neapolitan pizza?
Guided by a local chef, we will select the ingredients and begin to make the dough, working the base and adding the sauce and toppings. After some time in the authentic wood oven, your dish will be ready!
Finally, we'll sit down at the table to enjoy our own creations, which will be accompanied by a slab of tomatoes and mozzarella as an aperitif. There is no better reward for a job well done - what a delight!
After two hours of the workshop, the experience comes to an end outside the pizzeria.
