Zagreb Free Tour

Let's explore the enchanting Croatian capital together on this free Zagreb walking tour! We'll meet at Trg bana Josipa Jelačića central square, next to the horse statue, and start our journey through the historic center, discovering its rich history and main monuments.

Our route will take us through the charming Old Town, where we'll delve into important moments of the city's past, including its role in the disintegration of former Yugoslavia. We'll also visit the iconic Stone Gate and the Black Eagles Pharmacy, which has been in operation for over seven centuries.

As we continue walking, we'll come across St. Mark's Square, home to the impressive St. Mark's Church, and the Lotrščak Tower, a remnant of the city's ancient fortifications. We'll then head to Catherine Square, which is dedicated to poetess Katarina Frankopan and is home to the Museum of Broken Hearts and the Dverce Palace.

Finally, we'll marvel at the towering Zagreb Cathedral, the tallest building in Croatia. After a total of two hours, our free walking tour of Zagreb will come to an end.
