Camel Ride and Night in the Desert

Day 1
Once we meet up in Zagora, we'll start our tour with a camel ride through the desert. During this journey, we'll not only have the opportunity to contemplate the vast arid landscapes that characterize this area of North Africa but also to get to know the ways of life of the nomadic Amazigh people who have inhabited these places for generations.
Our camel ride ends at the haima camp where we'll spend the night. We'll taste a delicious mint tea while we observe how the sunset gradually paints the desert in beautiful orange and scarlet tones.
With night upon us, we'll regain our strength with a tasty traditional dinner served at the camp. The sky is now covered with thousands of bright stars that illuminate the small dunes around us. Gazing up at the perfectly clear sky, free from any artificial light, is something you'll never forget! Our evening will also be accompanied by wonderful drumming.
You'll finally rest in your haimas, seduced by the romanticism of the night in the desert.
Day 2
We'll wake up admiring the sun rise over the desert. At dawn, the dunes and surrounding arid landscapes take on hues that evolve from pure crimson to orange, passing through ochre and brown along the way. It's a stunning spectacle!
After enjoying a comforting breakfast in our camp, we'll get back on the camels to start the return trip to Zagora, where we arrive between 8 am and 9 am.
Camps
The overnight stay in the desert of Zagora will take place in a camp. Please note that water at the camp is not included and costs between € 1 (US$ 1.08) and € 2 (US$ 2.16) per 1.5 liter bottle.
When you make your booking, you can choose between 2 types of accommodation:
The standard camp can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and the toilets and showers are in common tents.
The superior camp can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and have private bathrooms inside them.
In either case, you won't have to share accommodations as we offer one tent per couple.
The standard and superior camps are separated and differentiated from each other.
Important
Children 5-11 years old must ride with their accompanying adult on the same camel.
