Skradin + Krka Waterfalls Day Trip
Tour Description
We'll start this adventure by picking you up from your hotel in Zadar and driving for about an hour to reach the Krka National Park.
Once we arrive at this fascinating natural site, we'll set off on a hiking route along the paths that wind through groves of trees and along the course of the Krka River. Did you know that this enclave is home to more than a thousand varieties of local plants? Among them, the Iris croatica, the country's flower, stands out.
As we cross wooden walkways, we'll admire the famous seven waterfalls of Krka. We'll make several stops at strategic points to admire the scenery and take photos. Then, we'll board a boat and sail on Lake Skradin in search of the picturesque village of the same name.
After disembarking, you'll have free time to explore Skradin's charming narrow streets, stroll around admiring its traditional architecture, enjoy the local gastronomy and have a well-deserved coffee in one of its cosy restaurants. We also recommend a visit to the Utvrda Turina fort, which offers the best view of the town and the coast—a must-see in Skradin!
Finally, we'll drive back to Zadar and say goodbye at your hotel after 6 hours of sightseeing.
