Husky Dog Sled Ride

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Ylläsjärvi at 1:15 pm and take you in a minibus to a husky farm on the outskirts of the town.

Upon arrival, we'll be greeted with happy barks and licks by these beautiful and endearing animals that are typical of the Arctic Circle. Once we're all ready, we'll hop on the sled and set off on a route through the snowy forests to discover these landscapes in a fun and exhilarating way!

During the 3-mile (5-km) husky dog sled ride, we'll see how these agile animals navigate the snowy terrain. You can choose to either drive the sled yourself or go along for the ride, both options are perfect to enjoy the experience!

After exploring Ylläsjärvi's nature in this unique way, we'll return to the farm. We'll have a hot drink and cookies to warm up and then finally, we'll take you back to your hotel.

The activity will end at approximately 2:45 pm.
