Mount Hua Private Day Trip
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Xián, before heading east towards the famous Mount Hua. One of China's five sacred mountains, it attracts the bravest mountaineers from all around the world. This is not a place for those who suffer from vertigo!
During the 2-hour journey, the guide will explain the different routes you can follow on the mountain. You can reach the various peaks via cable car, with each one providing incredible views of the magnificent landscapes of the region.
To begin, the guide will accompany you in the cable car to the North Peak, where you'll be able to watch brave rock climbers scaling some of the most dangerous cliff faces in the world. Here, you'll enjoy Taoist temples, see the beauty of Mount Hua, and maybe snap a few pictures of the famous Gold Lock Pass. The legend has it that if you attach a golden padlock to the bar, it'll bring you health and good luck.
Then, you can take some time to have some lunch at the top of the mountain. Remember to bring a picnic, as there will be no food at the top of the mountain. If you wish, you can also take the cable car up to the West Peak.
After an intense day on the sacred mountain, we'll meet back up with the guide and return to Xián, where we'll drop you off at the hotel about 11 hours after pickup.
