Summer Husky Sledding
Would you like to experience dog sledding in Alaska during your summer trip to Willow? We have the perfect option for you! At the indicated time, we'll meet at 18408 W Reynolds Road and begin an unforgettable sledding activity.
First of all, we'll explain what mushing consists of, a version of sledding that consists of driving a sled pulled by dogs during the summer months. During the summer, the sled is adapted with wheels to allow it to move along the grass or dirt tracks that characterise Willow during this season.
The two-person sleds will take you along the trails used by the trainers to teach the dogs to move freely through the Willow Woods. We'll also stop to take in the wooden shelters and enjoy the views of Denali, the highest mountain in North America.
After 1.5 hours of activity, we'll return to the starting point and end this unique husky sled ride. See you next time!
