At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel to begin this tour during which we'll discover the contrasts of Washington D.C. Think you already know everything about the capital of the United States?
First, we'll travel by minibus to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, 1 of the 10 largest churches in the world. We'll enter the church and discover the secrets of the more than 70 chapels of Byzantine Art, which show the culture and traditions of the different communities that follow Catholicism.
From there, we'll make our way to the National Cathedral, whose scale will leave you amazed. Located at the highest point in Washington D.C., the location of this church allows for some of the best views in the city. We'll continue this contrasts tour by visiting the Embassy Row, where we'll see the different architectural styles of these diplomatic buildings.
The next stop will be at Kalorama, a residential area where famous individuals live and have lived, such as the Obama family. After exploring the colonial neighbourhood of Georgetown, we'll discover the University of the same name, the Washington Port, the C&O channel and one of the settings of a classic horror movie: the steps where scenes from The Exorcist were filmed.
Finally, we'll make our way to the Kennedy Center and, after four hours together, return to the hotels to conclude this contrasting tour of Washington D.C.
