Pierogi Cooking Class
Pierogi Cooking Class
Would you like to cook one of Poland's most famous dishes? To do so, come to 3 Stawki Street in Warsaw at the time of your choice. There, we'll go through all the steps to become expert pierogi cooks.
Upon arrival, we'll meet the professional chef who'll tell us the secrets of Polish cuisine. After learning the basics, we'll get down to work. We'll pour flour on the work surface and start kneading the dough to cover the filling.
Then, let the dough rest and start with the inside of the pierogi: vegetables or meat, it's up to you. Once the onion is well fried, add the rest of the ingredients and the spices. With all the preparations finished, we'll prepare some circles in the dough to fill them and give them the shape of an Italian ravioli. Et voilá, ready to put them in boiling water!
Once cooked, we'll sit at the table to enjoy them with Polish liquor. After two hours of experience, the class will end.
