Chopin's Life Walking Tour in Warsaw

At the scheduled time, meet your professional English-speaking guide next to the Nicolaus Copernicus Monument, one of Warsaw's most emblematic monuments. From here, you'll begin following in the footsteps of Chopin, which will take you to the Kazimierz Palace, where a young Chopin went to school, and Czapski Palace, where the great composer spent his last years in the city.

Continue your walking tour of Warsaw onwards to the Visitationist Church, where Chopin played the organ during Sunday mass. You'll also stop to admire the façade of the palace in which he gave his first public concert!

Stroll down the street where Chopin climbed aboard his carriage to leave Warsaw, and discover his favourite cafe in the city. Afterwards, you'll visit the Church of the Holy Cross... did you know that this church is home to the heart of the musician per his last wishes?

What will put the finishing touch on your tour of Chopin's Warsaw? A concert! At the end of your walking route, you'll have the opportunity to attend a heart-rending piano recital. Nuestra guía a través de la vida de Chopin fue una experiencia grata. Particularmente yo quería conocer mas a detalle la vida de este musico tal como hice con Mozart en Viena. Y es que Anna nos fue haciendo una ruta por donde vivio Chopin en Varsovia, mostrándonos piezas de su trabajo. Es una ruta muy parecida a las que se hacen en el tour de Varsovia tradicional, solo que profundizando solo en la figura de este gran musico y con 1 hora de concierto. Our guide through Chopin's life was a pleasant experience. Particularly, I wanted to know more about the life of this musician in more detail, just as I did with Mozart in Vienna. Anna gave us a tour of where Chopin lived in Warsaw, showing us pieces of his work. It is a route very similar to those done on the traditional Warsaw tour, only going deeper only into the figure of this great musician and with a 1-hour concert.
