Viver Cooperative Wine Cellars & Vineyards Tour
Viver Cooperative Wine Cellars & Vineyards Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Viver Cooperative. Would you like to know everything about one of the best wines produced in the Valencian Community? Let's go!
To begin with, we'll drive to the vineyards of the Viver Cooperative, located in the neighbouring municipality of Jérica. Upon arrival, we'll take a walk through the vineyards while we'll learn lots about these crops, as well as everything about the project to recover the old vines.
After about half an hour's tour of the vineyards, we'll return to the winery to learn all about the history of wine in Viver. Afterwards, we'll visit the facilities of the Cooperativa Viver winery to discover the ageing processes of their products.
To complete the tour, we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 wines from the Viver Cooperative accompanied by a lunch made up of local products, the perfect finishing touch!
With this good taste in our mouth and after two and a half hours of experience, we'll end the visit.
