First, we'll embark on a guided tour of Viñales, a town surrounded by the region's lush natural landscapes. As we traverse the valley, you'll have the opportunity to witness various crops, including tobacco, coffee, corn, rice, beans, or yucca, depending on the season. There'll be plenty of photo ops!
Our journey continues through the breathtaking Viñales countryside until we arrive at a local farmer's plantation. Here, we'll explore the tobacco fields, learning about the cultivation process and the art of crafting Cuban cigars. Discover why Cuban tobacco is renowned as the best in the world.
We'll also visit the house where tobacco leaves are dried, witness the rolling process, and, of course, savor an authentic Cuban cigar. While enjoying our smoke, we'll also indulge in a cup of coffee. If you'd like, you'll have the opportunity to purchase handmade cigars as souvenirs.
An hour later, we'll conclude our Viñales tobacco tour at the entrance to the farm.
