At 3 pm, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Vilnius and leave the city for one of the most natural and spiritual experiences in Lithuania in a private vehicle- we're about to experience a traditional Lithuanian sauna!
We'll go to a sauna in the Vilnius forests, where we'll also discover beautiful nature. As soon as we arrive, the expert will tell us about the different spa rituals offered in these places. Have you ever heard about the besoms? And the many properties the plants used in the baths have? We'll find out about all this and more!
Finally, we'll go into the sauna and enjoy this steam and aromatherapy ritual. The scent of fir, oak, maple, or linden will fill the room and bring you to absolute relaxation.
After this relaxing experience, you'll enjoy a cup of tea to share your impressions with the rest of the group. We'll end the activity and return to your hotel in Vilnius, arriving at approximately 7 pm.
