Las Encomiendas Wineries Trip

We will meet up at the established time in the central patio of the Las Encomiendas wineries, located on the outskirts of Villafranca de los Barros. There, we will begin our fantastic guided tour of this vast expanse of picturesque vineyards.

Later, we will enter the biodynamic wine cellar where you will learn about the different phases which the Extremaduran grape passes through post-harvest. Then we go to the gravity processing cellar where you will observe the winemaking process. There are three delicious wines produced on this estate: Unadir, Lengua Azul, and Xentia.

We will end the visit to Las Encomiendas in the best possible way: with a tasting of three wines. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of traditional products from the province of Badajoz.

Persons under the age of 18 years old may visit the winery free of charge, but they will not be able to take part in the tasting.
