Anchumbil Canyon Horseback or 4x4 Tour
Description
At the scheduled time, we'll rendezvous at your Villa Union hotel. From there, we'll transport you to the starting point of the offroading or horseback tour, depending on your chosen mode of exploration—it's up to you!
Both the 4x4 and equestrian routes end up in the Anchumbil Canyon, one of the most captivating gorges in La Rioja. Here, amid its striking landscapes of reddish rock, we'll delve into the world of prehistoric art.
Throughout our journey, we'll have the opportunity to observe the renowned petroglyphs of the Anchumbil Canyon. These intricate figures were meticulously carved into the rock by our ancestors. What do these mysterious shapes symbolize? We'll find out as we examine these artistic relics from ancient times.
As we traverse the canyon, we'll also gain insights into its geological features, which are sure to leave you awestruck. Don't miss the chance to capture some breathtaking photographs of the crimson landscapes that define the region.
Finally, we'll return to the starting point and make our way back to Villa Union. For those who opt for the horseback ride, we'll reach your hotel 4 hours after our departure. The offroading tour, on the other hand, reduces the journey time to 3 hours.
