Food Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Piazza Matteotti to begin this food tour of Vietri sul Mare. Are you hungry? Let's go!

During the tour, we'll stop at five stores in the historic center of Vietri sul Mare to try the region's most typical products and recipes. With our guide, you'll pass through the main street to reach our first stop, where we'll enjoy the famous Campania DOP (protected designation of origin) buffalo mozzarella.

At our second stop, we'll enjoy a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. We'll accompany this snack with a glass of wine and grapes from the region.

We'll continue walking through Vietri sul Mare and arrive at a small square, where an authentic Neapolitan street food awaits, the portafoglio pizza. Did you know portafoglio pizza means "wallet pizza" because it's folded like a closed wallet? Of course, this tour wouldn't be complete without one of the most iconic dishes of the Amalfi coast's street food, the seafood cuoppo, a cone with the fried fish of the day.

To finish the tour on a high note, we'll toast with a shot of limoncello in a ceramic cup. Cheers!
