At the time indicated, we'll start this free walking tour in Victoria opposite the BC Legislature Building, the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.
After a brief introduction about the city, we'll start our walking tour around this fascinating Canadian destination by exploring the Inner Harbour. As we'll see, this port is in a very strategic location, since it is located on the far south of Vancouver Island. We'll also tell you other facts about this place.
In one of the prettiest areas in the port, we'll see the iconic facade of the Fairmount Empress, the most famous hotel in Victoria. Do you know why this hotel is so famous? We'll explain all during the tour! Then, we'll head to the Boomtown neighbourhood to discover its main points of interest, one of them being the iconic Bastion Square.
After learning about its history, we'll go to the Chinatown district. In this area of the city, there are avenues such as Fan Tan and Dragon Alley which look like they've come straight from the Far East.
Finally, after a 2.5-hour walking tour, we'll return to the initial meeting point.
