Cheese Tasting in Verona
At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Leoncino, just a few steps from the Arena of Verona and enter a fantastic gourmet shop specialising in cured meats and cheeses for a truly special sensory experience.
Once inside, we'll discuss the importance of cheese production in the Veneto region as well as some interesting facts about the area. Then, it'll be time to taste!
Cheese tasting doesn't only involve taste, but smell, touch and other senses as well! As we taste, we'll use all of our senses to enjoy everything that each cheese has to offer. We'll also discuss the various ingredients and steps in the production process for each product.
To accompany these cheeses we'll enjoy a delicious glass of red wine from Valpolicella, as well as nuts, honeys, jams and other snacks - the perfect combination!
After 1 hour, we'll conclude the tasting.
