Once the tour is finished, you'll enjoy an exquisite olive oil tasting in a room at the olive mill that offers views of the olive groves.
Tour + Olive Oil Tasting & Tapas (1 Hour & 50 Minutes)
If you choose this tour option, after visiting the oil mill, you'll enjoy an olive oil tasting accompanied by Andalusian tapas such as salmorejo, cheese, and anchovies. Of course, the star product will still be olive oil!
You'll learn how the so-called "liquid gold" affects the final flavor of dishes and how to analyze the product through olfactory, taste, and retronasal sensations.
Tour + Olive Oil Tasting & Lunch (1 Hour & 50 Minutes)
If you wish to have an even more complete experience at the O-Med Oil Mill, this is the best option.
