We'll meet at the designated time at the F. S. tram station in Venice and once we're all here, we'll hop on the bus that will take us to the picturesque area of Valdobbiadene, famous for its prosecco production. Ready for a trip filled with beautiful landscapes and flavours?

Our first stop will be in front of a historic mill. This structure dates back to the 17th century and is linked to the origins of the Valdobbiadene DOCG (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin) wine region. While you admire it, you'll get to see how this region of Veneto came to produce some of Italy's most sought-after prosecco.

Next, our route will continue in search of the first winery we'll visit. As soon as we arrive, we'll head into the biggest facilities within the DOCG region. You'll witness the prosecco-making process, from the cultivation of the vines to the bottling process. After exploring the vineyards and the wine cellars, you'll enjoy a tasty lunch made up of regional and seasonal products, paired with various types of prosecco. Enjoy!

After re-energising, we'll head over to the Tempio Canoviano in Possagno. This neoclassical building is truly an architectural gem. You'll get to admire its dome and columns inspired by ancient Greek temples, making it a cultural landmark in the region.

To end the tour on a high note, our final stop will be at a historical family-run winery, where you'll have the chance to experience the area's most authentic winemaking traditions. We'll learn how the winery's techniques have been passed down from generation to generation and, afterwards, we'll do a tasting of Cartizze prosecco, paired with a delicious dessert. What a great combo!

Lastly, we'll return to the bus to set off back to our initial meeting point, where the tour will come to an end after a total of 8 hours.
