From, there we'll continue to the sacrificial pyre at the Sillón del Moro and see the cave paintings at the Cueva de los Caballos.

Then, in Zahara de los Atunes, we'll see the Atlanterra Beach and the lighthouse of Punta Camarinal. Finally, we'll go to the beach of Caños de Meca and the spectacular cliffs of the Trafalgar Lighthouse.

We'll conclude this 4-hour route by returning to the starting point.

8-Hour Tour

We'll meet up at the designated time at the Tourist Office in Vejer de la Frontera, where our 4x4 off-roading vehicle awaits. Ready for this exciting journey?

Our expedition will lead us along rustic roads rich in history and natural beauty. We'll encounter Cadiz's iconic windmills, the world's largest dovecote (structure used to house pigeons) called Palomar de la Breña, and the picturesque Caños de Meca beach. We'll venture to the Trafalgar Lighthouse, standing sentinel at the cape where the historic naval battle against Napoleon's forces unfolded.

Next, we'll explore the ancient Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia before heading to Bolonia Beach, renowned for its colossal dunes. Here, we'll break for a picnic lunch featuring delicious Spanish food like salmorejo, tomato picadillo with tuna, potato omelette, chicharrón de Cádiz, homemade chorizo, and your choice of water, beer, or soft drinks.

With our energy replenished, our 4x4 adventure continues along the Cadiz coast, leading us to Tarifa, the closest European city to Africa. We'll explore its city walls, visit Guzmán El Bueno Castle, and delve into the history of the Umayyad general who lent the city its name.

Our journey concludes at the Strait viewpoint, where you'll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the Strait of Gibraltar and the African coastline.

After soaking in the stunning views, we'll return to Vejer de la Frontera in the jeep, wrapping up our eight-hour tour back at the starting point.
