Explore the wild landscapes of Patagonia on this excursion to the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes. They'll take your breath away!
Description
At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ushuaia and hop on board a comfortable bus to head for the Carbajal Valley viewpoint, where we'll enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain range. Get your cameras ready!
Then we'll hit the road again, crossing the Andes via the Garibaldi Pass until we reach our first stop of the day: Fagnano Lake. Here you can have a hot drink or walk along the shore as you enjoy the unique landscape.
Next we'll head to the Garibaldi Pass viewpoint to admire the Lago Escondido, which means "Hidden Lake" in Spanish. We'll find out where it gets this name from! Afterwards, we'll go to a local restaurant so you can get some lunch.
At the end of the trip we'll head back to your hotel in Ushuaia, arriving at around 5 pm. Our arrival time will depend on the traffic on the day of the activity.
Lunch
You can also book this trip with lunch included. The menu will consist of a meat and salad buffet and a dessert. You'll also get to taste the famous fuegian lamb.
Important Information
During the winter season, instead of Fagnano Lake, we'll visit a winter center.
