Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ushuaia and leave the city, heading towards the Garibaldi Pass. As we cross it, we'll see how the wooded landscape shifts and changes. Before you know it, we'll reach the town of Tolhuin, where we'll stop for a short break.
From here, we'll continue our route towards Cape San Pablo. There we'll take a 1-hour walk through a totally desolate natural landscape. Along the way, we'll see several picturesque ranches, as well as a landscape full of incredible hills, lenga forests, rivers, and cliffs. And if we are lucky, we'll even spot foxes and condors!
Afterward, we'll reach Estancia Pirenaica, a place with more than 100 years of history. Here, we'll experience country life in the most authentic way possible, starting with a hearty country breakfast featuring regional products made on the ranch itself.
With newfound energy, we'll continue our hike towards the San Pablo Lighthouse. As we reach the top, we'll be treated to amazing views of the coastline and the Desdemona, a shipwreck that ran aground 40 years ago. How did it meet this grizzly end? We'll find out together!
Next up, we'll sit down to another delicious meal of your choice at La Casa del Pescador restaurant. With full stomachs, we'll return to our route and head for a close-up view of the Desdemona, where you can take incredible pictures!
Finally, we'll take you back to your hotel in Ushuaia, arriving 10 hours later.
