Beagle Channel Diving Introduction
After picking you up at 9 am at your hotel in Ushuaia, we'll transfer you to the yacht club, where we'll attend a brief safety introduction and set up the diving equipment we'll use.
Once prepared with all the equipment, we'll take a boat to a safe point in the Beagle Channel, a narrow sea passage that connects the waters of the Atlantic with those of the Pacific.
We'll participate in a single shallow dive. Underwater, you'll experience a unique sensation, as if you were floating. The dive will last 20-40 minutes, depending on the thermal threshold of each person. You'll never forget this first diving experience!
After this intro to diving in the Beagle Channel, we'll sail back to the starting point to return all the equipment. Finally, four hours after the pickup, we'll return to your hotel in Ushuaia.
Pickup
When you make your reservation you can choose one of the following options:
- Tour with pickup: includes transfers from your hotel in Ushuaia.
- Tour without pickup: we'll meet you at the indicated time at the AFASyN Yacht Club in Ushuaia.
Schedules
The indicated schedules may vary depending on the tides. In the event of any change, we'll let you know well in advance.
Diving for experts
If you're already an experienced diver and have an official diving certification, we recommend booking this diving activity in the Beagle Channel.
