Offroading Trip to Tierra del Fuego
Offroading Trip to Tierra del Fuego
At the scheduled time we'll pick you up with the offroading vehicles at your hotel in Ushuaia. From there, we'll follow National Route 3 to Tierra del Fuego National Park.
This part of Patagonia extends over an area of more than 150,000 acres and is home to some of the most impressive landscapes in southern Argentina. We'll take a 4.5-km (2.8-mile) hike to become fully immersed in this breathtaking natural setting.
The hike will lead us to the viewpoint of Lapataia Bay, where National Route 3 ends, and then we'll continue walking through Tierra del Fuego's unique ecosystem, crisscrossing mountain ranges, and valleys.
We'll reach hidden corners of the Andean forest close to the sea. We'll stop for a yummy snack before finishing our scenic hike through this Patagonian National Park.
Finally, we'll return to the vehicles to start our way back to your hotel in Ushuaia, where we'll drop you off five hours after pickup.
Entrance Fees Not Included
Please note that this activity does not include entrance fees to Tierra del Fuego National Park. You can check their rates on their official website and purchase them on the same day of the tour.
Itinerary Seasonal Changes
Between the months of May and September, we won't be able to do the hike due to weather conditions. During this period, you'll be able to take a 1-hour ride on the famous End of the World train in coach. In this case, the transport toward the train will be by minibus instead of an offroading vehicle. You can also choose this transport option from October to April, if you wish.
