Trieste Wine Tasting

At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 9 Via Trento, in the heart of Trieste. After our introductions, we'll start a journey to discover the winemaking traditions of Friuli, Karst and Istria. Have you ever heard of these 3 types of terroirs? Let's discover all their characteristics!

Little by little, we'll immerse ourselves in a 1-hour sensory experience, during which we'll have the opportunity to taste 3 different wines. We'll open the activity with a sparkling wine from Friuli, accompanied by an aperitif that will enhance its notes and aromas.

Then, we'll move on to a white wine from Istria, which will surprise you with its freshness and complexity. After savouring another aperitif prepared with typical ingredients of the region, we'll conclude the experience with a red wine from the Karst of Trieste, rich in history and character. This will be accompanied by another snack—what more could you ask for?

Once our journey to discover the wine of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia is over, we'll end the experience.
