Workshop Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Via Roma, in Polvica, to begin this class on how to make traditional Amalfi Coast pastries. Ready to try the most delicious local treats?
Once we've all arrived, we'll head into the family-owed workshop, where a love of pastries has been passed down for generations. Once inside, we'll be greeted by a pastry chef who will give us step-by-step instructions on how to make our sweet treats. We'll be all ears!
After this, we'll be ready to begin our culinary creations, which will consist of a choice of dessert between babá, a lemony delicacy, or a sfogliatella, a shell-shaped pastry with a creamy filling. Guided by the pastry chef, we'll follow their tips to help us create a perfect pastry. Is your mouth watering yet?
Once they are ready, we'll celebrate by tasting our desserts and raising a toast with a selection of local liqueurs. Cheers!
