What to expect
At your chosen starting time, we will meet up at the diving center in Tossa de Mar where you will prepare yourself for your very first dive.
If you want to be introduced to the wonderful world of Scuba Diving, then our initiation dive is the perfect activity for you. You will find out why so many people love this exciting sport.
The activity will begin with a brief presentation from our instructor on how to use the equipment and the basic techniques required to dive safely under the water.
Once we have learned the theory, it is time to put it into practice. We will head to a special enclosure of water where you can test the equipment for the first time before we dive into the open sea.
Then it is time for the moment you have been waiting for - your first real dive! With the equipment securely fastened, we will throw ourselves into the water and begin our descent. This is an experience you will never forget!
Breathing through the pressure regulator, you will feel just like a fish swimming under the surface of the ocean. You will see the wonderful variety of colorful marine life that inhabits the coast of Tossa de Mar. The waters here are highly biodiverse and it is common to encounter seahorses, monkfish, moonfish, moray eels, and many other species.
After enjoying this fantastic experience, we will return to dry land and back to the diving center. Once you have had a shower and changed into your clothes, you will receive your fantastic PADI Discover Suba Diving certificate.
