Torun Sunset Cruise
As dusk falls over Torun and the sky turns orange, we'll meet at the city's river port. At 7:50 pm we'll set sail from the dock to cruise along the Vistula River on board a traditional wooden boat.
We'll sail past Dybów Castle, a medieval fortress where the Statutes of Nieszawa were issued; the Gothic Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and John the Evangelist and the ancient defensive walls enclosing this northern Polish city.
Continuing on our sunset cruise, we'll get to admire the nighttime illumination of the Torun Monastery Gate, one of three medieval gates that remain in the city. We'll also see the famous leaning red brick tower built in the 13th century to defend Torun.
Many more medieval treasures await us on the banks of the Vistula River, including the impressive Bridge Gate. Plus, all the while you'll have stunning sunset views from the boat. Don't forget your camera!
Finally, at 9:20 pm, we'll end the boat tour of Torun back at the starting point.
