Ordesa & Monte Perdido Snowshoe Hike
Ordesa & Monte Perdido Snowshoe Hike
At 10 am, we'll meet on Calle Iglesia in Torla-Ordesa. From here, you'll drive your own vehicle behind the guide's car to the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. Our snowshoe hike awaits!
When we get to the starting point of our route, we'll grab our snowshoes and poles and start walking through the snow.
During our tour, we'll explore the Aragonese Pyrenees and admire the snow-capped peaks and fir trees that dominate this winter wonderland.
As we walk through the natural park, we'll discuss how the flora and fauna have adapted to the harsh conditions in the mountains. We'll also share some fun facts about the surrounding areas. Did you know that Monte Perdido is the highest limestone massif in Europe?
Once our snowshoeing tour has come to an end, we'll change into our normal shoes and hop back into our vehicles. We'll then finish the tour between 12 and 1 pm back at the starting point.
