We'll start our free tour of Shinjuku walking from Tokyo Tochomae Station towards the City Hall, a symbol of power and grandeur of the city.
Our first stop will be at the viewpoint near this government building, from where we can enjoy a panoramic view of the city that will take our breath away. From this height, we'll contemplate the skyline of Tokyo dotted with buildings.
On our way down, we'll dive into the bustling streets of Shinjuku. This district is a perfect example of modern architecture, with buildings that seem to touch the sky and constructions that are the perfect example of Tokyo's history of unstoppable growth. As we walk through its streets, we'll tell you how Shinjuku has been transformed into the heart of futuristic Tokyo.
Then, we'll head to the shopping area, where the neon lights will immerse us in Tokyo's nightlife. Here we'll talk about the urban culture, the famous shopping malls and the restaurants that stay open until dawn. Shinjuku really is alive 24 hours a day!
The adventure continues in Kabukicho, Tokyo's famous entertainment district. Amidst the dazzling lights, we'll experience the vibrant, modern side of the city while also uncovering its darker, more mysterious side. This striking contrast is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone!
To culminate the tour, we'll explore Golden Gai, a hidden treasure in the heart of Shinjuku. This small labyrinth of alleys is home to tiny bars where time seems to stand still.
After 2.5 hours, we'll bring our free tour experience to an end.
