At 9 am, we will pick you up form your hotel in Tirana. From the Albanian capital, we will head north to the town of Kruje, just one hour away.
There we will visit the famous Kruje Castle, which houses the fascinating Skanderbeg Museum, named after Jorge Castriota, better known as "Skanderbeg". Inside this impressive building, we will admire a collection of unique artifacts that transport us back to the 15th century. Especially noteworthy is the collection of armor, which includes a reproduction of the helmet Skanderbeg used in his battles.
After visiting the museum, we will take a walk through the Kruja bazaar. Its most popular items are kilim (carpets) and the eleshe (the traditional hat), although you can buy almost anything. This is a great opportunity to buy a souvenir of your amazing holiday!
Finally, we will get back into the vehicle and be at your hotel in Tirana at 2 pm.
