If you're after a tour that combines nature and history, we've got it covered! On our Dajti Mountain & BunkArt 1 Day Trip, you'll discover two completely different sides of Tirana. Let's go!

Dajti Mountain & BunkArt 1 Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll meet in front of the Opera & Ballet Theatre in the heart of the Albanian capital. We'll begin by reviewing the country's communist period and visiting BunkArt 1, the biggest bunker in Tirana.

As we venture into BunkArt 1, we'll discuss all the details of this bunker and its 107 rooms, which were designed to protect the country's residents from a possible invasion or nuclear attack

Once we've learned a bit more about Albania's history, we'll leave Tirana behind and travel to Dajti Mountain. To do so, we'll board a cable car that'll take us straight to this national park. During the 20-minute ride, you'll be treated to unforgettable views of this area's incredible natural beauty.

When we reach an elevation of 3,600 feet (1,100 metres) above sea level, we'll hop off the cable car and hike the rest of the way up Dajti Mountain while admiring the colours of the park's trees. We'll also make stops so you can relax in this peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

We'll then get back on the cable car and return to the starting point in the centre of Tirana at 2 pm.
