San Juancito, Santa Lucía, & Valle de Ángeles Private Tour
Description
At 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Tegucigalpa and set off to the small town of San Juancito. Did you know that the first U.S. Embassy in Honduras was established in this town?
Upon arrival, we'll immerse ourselves in the narrow streets adorned with colonial buildings, delving into the town's captivating mining history. You'll be captivated by the vibrant street art on the facades of the buildings, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere.
After an hour of exploration, we'll continue our excursion to Santa Lucia, where we'll be greeted by the famous red houses and picturesque flower-filled passages. Don't miss the chance to discover the intriguing relic inside the Church of Santa Lucia, connected to King Philip II. At noon, you'll have an hour and a half of free time to indulge in a delicious lunch before we resume our journey.
With our energy replenished, we'll head towards Valle de Ángeles, also known as La Marranera. There we'll visit different typical handicraft stores and, if you wish, you can have a tasty Honduran coffee!
Finally, we'll return to Tegucigalpa, arriving at approximately 4 pm.
