Taormina Pizza Workshop
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Largo Giove Serapide of Taormina, where the restaurant where we'll hold this Italian pizza workshop is located.
We'll start selecting the ingredients we need to prepare the pizzas. What's the secret to making the perfect dough? The best type of flour or yeast? The ideal kneading technique? We'll find out during the workshop!
Our first tool will be the rolling pin; we'll use it to shape our creations before adding sauces, cheeses and other ingredients to create exquisite pizzas. We'll then put them in the wood-fired oven and let them brown well while we have a cup of coffee.
Afterwards, we'll sit at the table and get ready to treat ourselves to the pizzas. There's no better reward for a job well done! The meal will also include soft drinks, wine and water.
After 2.5 hours of activity, we'll conclude this dough-filled day!
