Explore the Aeolian Archipelago
At the indicated time we'll meet at via Luigi Pirandello to begin this day trip to Stromboli and Panarea. From here, we'll hop on a minibus and begin making our way to the port of Milazzo, which will take around 1.5 hours.
At the port, we'll board a boat and head north toward this archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Did you know that it's protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site?
The first stop of the day will be Panarea, the second smallest island of the Aeolian Islands. We'll stroll around its main village, admiring its typical white houses and discovering the charm that has made this part of the world so popular.
We'll leave you 2 hours of free time to fully enjoy the beach and grab yourself some food in a local restaurant if you wish.
We'll return to the boat and go to the nearby island of Stromboli, famous for its spectacular active volcano. Here you'll have another 2 hours of free time to explore the area at your leisure. The church of San Vincenzo Ferreri, pristine black sand beaches and locally-made crafts are just some of the highlights of this island of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
In the afternoon, we'll return to the boat to admire the lava gushing out of Mount Stromboli.
After approximately 12 hours of cruising, we'll say our goodbyes and return to the starting point.
