Day 1: Tangier - Tétouan – Chefchaouen

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from Tangier Airport or at your hotel to begin an incredible 7-day tour of Morocco. Ready to discover the country's culture, landscapes and cities full of history?

After an approximate 1.5-hour journey, our first stop will be in Tétouan, known as The White Dove for the colour of its buildings. Did you know that its architecture mixes Arabic and Mediterranean styles?

Having explored the city for 1.5 hours, we'll get back on the bus and head to the charming city of Chefchaouen. There, you'll have the afternoon free to discover why it's known as the blue city. If you'd prefer, you can join this free tour of Chefchaouen. You can also use the time to have lunch and enjoy the area's local cuisine at a local restaurant.

We'll finish the night at the hotel in Chefchaouen, where you'll be able to rest up before the next day.

Day 2: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes – Fez

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll make our way to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city and an archaeological jewel of Morocco. Here, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to admire its perfectly preserved mosaics and temples.

We'll then continue to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities. Here, you'll have 2 hours of free time to discover the stories behind its walls: don't miss the monumental Bab Mansur al-'Alj, the Sahrij Souani reservoir and the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail!

In the afternoon, we'll head to Fez, where we'll stay in a cosy riad in the heart of the city. After settling in, you'll have the afternoon free to discover Fez and taste its cuisine.

Day 3: Fez

In the morning, after breakfast, we'll start our guided tour of Fez, the intellectual and religious capital of Morocco, with almost 800 mosques. First, we'll visit the gate of the Royal Palace and the Jewish quarter, known as the Mellah.

Then, we'll enter the Medina of Fez, the largest in North Africa and a World Heritage Site. We'll walk through its labyrinthine streets to find places such as the Bab Boujloud, the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Nejjarine fountain and the famous Quaraouiyine Mosque. A day full of exploration!

At the end of the day, you'll have the afternoon free to have lunch and continue discovering the city at your own pace. We'll end the day at the riad.

Day 4: Fez - Middle Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

After breakfast, we'll take the road to Marrakech, crossing the spectacular Middle Atlas Mountains. We'll stop for 45 minutes in Ifrane, nicknamed the Switzerland of Morocco for its snowy landscapes and unique architecture, and make a short stop in the cedar forests, home to the friendly Barbary macaques.

In the late afternoon, we'll arrive in Marrakech, where you'll stay in a charming riad. After settling in, you'll have the afternoon free for lunch and a first taste of the city.

Day 5: Marrakech

It's time to immerse yourself in the magic of Marrakech! After breakfast, we'll start exploring the city with a visit to the Majorelle Garden, the majestic Kutubiyya Mosque and the Saadian Tombs. We'll see the exterior of the Bahia Palace and lose ourselves in the souks, full of unique handicrafts and aromas. The afternoon will take us to Jemaa el-Fna square, the heart of the city, where we'll stop to admire its frenetic life: snake charmers, jugglers, food stalls.... This square is where all of Marrakech's entertainment is concentrated!

After the guided tour, you'll have free time for lunch and to continue exploring the city. In the evening, we'll meet back at the riad to rest.

Day 6: Marrakech – Casablanca

After breakfast, we'll leave Marrakech for the cosmopolitan city of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco.

Upon arrival, after about an hour, we'll take a guided tour of the city to see its landmarks, such as the Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest mosque in the world after Mecca, facing the Atlantic Ocean. We'll also stroll along the boardwalk, where you'll be able to see the modernity of the city—a unique blend of tradition and avant-garde!

In the afternoon, you can continue to explore the city and its cuisine as you please. In the evening, we'll stay in a hotel in Casablanca.

Day 7: Casablanca - Rabat – Marrakech

After our last breakfast together, we'll depart for Rabat, the capital of Morocco and a real historical jewel. Here, you'll have 3 hours of free time to see the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower and the mausoleum of Mohammed V, erected in memory of the sultan who won the country's independence and guarded by royal guards on horseback in full dress.

We'll also stroll through the picturesque Kasbah of the Oudayas before returning to Casablanca and finally to Marrakech, where our tour will conclude at around 4 pm.

Itinerary Changes

Bab Mansur al-'Alj and Sahrij Souani and will remain closed for construction work until further notice.

Accommodation

This tour includes 6 nights of accommodation with breakfast at the following 3-star hotels and riads:

• Chefchaouen (1 night): Hotel Balcon Bleu or Hotel Tarek
• Fez (2 nights): Riad Jeanne or Riad Farah
• Marrakech (2 nights): Riad Dar Soukaina or Les Jardins Mandaline
• Casablanca (1 night): Oum Palace Hotel & Spa or Kenzi Basma Hotel

Children aged 6 to 12 will have a discount compared to the adult price, but they must share the room with their parents or guardians. Only one child is allowed in each double room. Children under 6 travel free of charge, but must share a bed with adults.

Important: Schedules & Flights

When booking your outbound flight to Tangier, please note that pickup is at 10 am. Therefore, your flight cannot arrive later than 8 am. To avoid any unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you stay in a hotel in Tangier the day before the tour starts. This night's accommodation will be at your own expense.

On the last day of the tour, we'll be in Marrakech around 4 pm. Upon arrival in the city, we can drop you off at the airport or any other place in the city. Therefore, if you're flying out of Marrakech Airport on the last day of the tour, you should not book any domestic flight before 6 pm, nor any international flight before 7 pm.
