Next, we’ll continue for another hour to Chefchaouen, known as the "Blue Pearl" of Morocco. Nestled high in the Rif Mountains, this enchanting city is famed for its beauty and charm. Don’t believe us? A guided tour will reveal its most iconic attractions.
We’ll wander through its iconic blue and white streets, uncovering the rich history behind its unique architecture. Highlights include the Medina, the Great Mosque, the Kasbah, and the vibrant souk stalls. After the tour, you’ll have free time to savor a delicious meal at one of Chefchaouen’s charming restaurants.
Recharged and ready for more, we’ll head to the lush Akchour Waterfalls, located within the stunning Talassemtane National Park. This expansive protected area is a hidden gem, waiting to be explored. We’ll embark on a 90-minute hike through verdant forests to reach the waterfalls. Once there, you can reward your efforts with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear natural pools—truly a highlight of the day!
After this immersive experience, we’ll begin our return journey, bringing you back to your hotel in Tangier approximately 11.5 hours after departure.
