Discover all the culture hidden in the mountains of this Vietnamese province with this Ninh Binh Day Trip from Tam Coc. You'll visit Hoa Lu, Mua Cave and Van Long Reserve.
Ninh Binh Day Trip
A minibus will pick you up at your hotel in Tam Coc at 9:15 am and we'll begin to visit the most important locations around Ninh Binh province.
Our first stop will be in the imperial city of Hoa Lu, which after a millennium has been eroded and occupied by the Vietnamese nature. Here, we'll visit its two best preserved temples, dedicated to the Dinh and Le dynasties.
The tour will then take us to the famous Dancing Cave known as Mua Cave, where you can see spectacular views of Tam Coc. It is said that it owes its name to King Tran, who often visited this place to relax and enjoy the dance. You'll be captivated!
When we descend from the cave, we'll stop for lunch at a local restaurant and try some of the area's most traditional dishes. Finally, we'll take a boat tour of Van Long, a nature reserve where the last of the Delacour's Langur can be found - if you're lucky you might even get to see one of these primates!
The tour will end at your hotel in Tam Coc at 3:30 pm.
