Driving Speed Boats in Sydney
Speed Boat Trip
At the scheduled time, we'll meet up at the Rose Bay Boat Ramp pier in Sydney. Then, before boarding, the instructor will give us a brief presentation on how to drive the speedboat easily and safely.
Then, it's time to climb into your speedboat and explore the famous Sydney Bay! For the next 2 hours, we'll follow the route of our activity leader. You'll pass the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the magnificent Harbour Bridge and the splendid Sydney Opera House.
You'll also sail alongside the coastline of Pinchgut Island, which for decades was home to one of the country's most feared prisons: Fort Denison. From the boats, you'll also see the idyllic grove of Taronga Zoo, and, if you look closely, you may even see a giraffe peeking out of the treetops!
Our trip concludes back at the same wharf from where we departed.
