Mount Bromo Volcano Private Tour
Mount Bromo Volcano Private Tour
On the day of your tour, your guide will come to pick you up from your hotel at 7 am. From there, you'll climb into your all-terrain Jeep and set off on the journey to Mount Bromo, an active volcano that has become one of Java's most spectacular and popular natural phenomena.
During the drive, which will last around four hours, you'll enjoy stunning views of Surabaya's volcanic landscapes, which are home to an incredible wealth of biodiversity, with large numbers of different animal species coexisting here.
Arriving at Mount Bromo, your first stop will be to head up to the viewpoint for spectacular panoramic views over the Tengger massif, the volcano complex where it is located. You'll be left in awe of the mountainous scenery, which looks straight out of a science fiction movie!
You'll then descend towards the Sea of Sand, a volcanic-sand covered area at the base of Bromo, considered to be the only desert in Indonesia. After exploring the so-called sand sea, you'll delve further into the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park where the volcanoes are located.
See Mount Bromo from a different perspective, enjoying a horseback ride up to its crater. Don't worry - you'll be accompanied by an expert guide at all times as you explore the volcano in this new and special way.
Finally, at the end of an incredible day, you'll head back down the volcano again for the Jeep journey back to your hotel in Surabaya.
