Our bodyboarding class will begin at the time of your choice at the surf school on Calle Miguel de Delibes. Are you ready to ride the waves of Cantabria?
First of all, we'll head to La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on the weather conditions, where we'll learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, so they're easier to handle.
Before we start, we'll also teach you how to analyse the conditions of the beach, the sea currents and the winds - three key factors for bodyboarding! We'll then listen to the safety measures and do a quick warm-up on the sand.
Once we're ready, we'll hit the water and start riding the waves on our bodyboards. Bodyboarding is much easier than it looks and the Cantabrian Sea is the perfect place to do it, so you're sure to have lots of fun!
At the end of the activity, we'll head back to the starting point and return the equipment.
