How It Works
The card is valid from the moment it is used for the first time. You then have 24 or 48 hours to continuing enjoying its advantages, if you have purchased one of those options. For example, if you have booked the one-day Pass'Alsace and start using it on Monday at 2 pm, it will be valid until 2 pm on Tuesday.
If you book the 3-day Pass'Alsace, you can use it on consecutive or non-consecutive dates, up to 14 days after the first use. For example, if you start using it on a Monday at 2 pm, the first day will end on that Monday at 23:59.
Attractions Closed in Winter
From 10 November until the end of March, Monkey Mountain, Eagle Park, Naturoparc, the Alsace Ecomuseum, Cigoland, Tellure, Hohlandsbourg Castle, and Fleckenstein Castle are closed.
