Join us at Kayak Station Kungsholmen at the indicated time and prepare to embark on an extraordinary Winter Kayak Tour, offering unparalleled views of Stockholm's captivating winter beauty.
We'll gear up with all the necessary equipment to ensure our adventure is both safe and enjoyable. Once dressed in our top-notch dry suits, we'll remain warm, dry, and comfortable throughout the tour. Our stable tandem kayaks are ideal for both novices and experienced kayakers, but if you're looking for a solo challenge and have some prior experience, single kayaks are available upon request.
Setting off from Kungsholmen, we'll paddle through the heart of Stockholm, surrounded by stunning winter scenery. The city centre offers perfect kayaking conditions year-round, and as long as Lake Mälaren's waters remain above freezing, the tour goes ahead. Winter kayaking here is a serene experience, with calm and quiet waters offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.
As we kayak, we'll explore some of Stockholm's most beautiful and historic districts as we glide through the waterways of Kungsholmen, Langholmen, Södermalm, Gamla Stan, and Lilla Essingen. Along the way, you'll paddle under charming bridges and through peaceful passages, with each turn unveiling another layer of Stockholm's rich history and stunning architecture.
Finally, after a total of 3 hours, our winter adventure will conclude, leaving us all with unforgettable memories and perhaps a newfound love for winter kayaking. See you next time!
