Description
At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Stockholm to start this tour of 3 of the most beautiful castles and palaces in Sweden. You'll love it!
The first stop of the day will be at the Royal Palace of Stockholm, which, with more than 600 rooms, is one of the largest palaces in Europe. Did you know that it was built at the end of the 18th century on the remains of an ancient medieval castle? Let's discover its interior!
Next, we'll head to Drottningholm Royal Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building is the perfect example of well-preserved European 17th-century architecture.
After a guided visit, we'll head to the city of Sigtuna. In this small town, next to Lake Mälaren, we'll give you approximately 1.5 hours of free time to eat.
The final stop of the day is Skokloster Castle. This build was built on top of the ruins of an ancient convent belonging to the Order of Cistercians. We'll explore its patio, see a large exhibition of arms, books and paintings and learn what links this place with Drottningholm.
After 8 hours of activity, we'll end this tour back at your hotel in Stockholm.
