History

Dating back to the 19th century, the Quinta da Regaleira was commissioned by António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro—a Brazillian-Portuguese businessman. As part of its fascinating design, there is evidence of various architectural styles, along with Templar and Masonic symbology.
